Problem:
To All IQS OnDemand Customer
IQS has scheduled a required maintenance for this Thursday evening. During this time access to the IQS OnDemand website will experience little or no downtime. The goal of this maintenance is to migrate all customer applications to a new set of servers with an expected outcome of faster connections to the application, improved performance and more stable connections.
The new servers are already in place and can be accessed by any IQS OnDemand customer from either www.iqsondemand.com or www.iqsondemand.net . It may also be accessed from the following link: www.iqsondemand.com/upgrade. We are finalizing some of the customer specific applications we are hosting for the new environment and should have them completed by the end of the day. Once the migration process has been completed, we will continue to maintain the current set of servers in case we need to roll back our environment or if a customer experiences issues with the new environment. A link to the old site will be placed on the login page and will be accessible to any customer with a valid IQS OnDemand account.
In preparation for this migration, we request that you try the new servers by accessing the link provided above. Please report to us any issues, as soon as possible, so we can get these addressed. Possible issues include firewalls blocking your connection to the new servers (see attached) and installation of any required print drivers not already existing on the new servers. If you experience any issues with the new servers, please feel free to contact IQS Technical Support and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
